Account deletion request
Mezcalímetro® users can request the permanent deletion of their account and associated data.
How to request deletion
Option 1
From the app:
- Sign in to Mezcalímetro®.
- Go to Settings.
- Select "Delete account".
- Confirm the request.
Option 2
By email:
Send a request to:
info@mezcalimetro.comInclude the email address associated with your account.
Data that will be deleted
- User profile
- Name
- Email address
- Photos uploaded by the user
- Tasting history
- Tasting notes
- User-generated content
- Data associated with the account
Data that may be temporarily retained
Some technical, security, or legally and fiscally required records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
Processing time
Deletion requests are processed within a maximum of 30 days.
